The content here is the public CPL Knowledge Base, presented as a team reading portal. For live operational figures, use the CPL Project Dashboard.
Know the shared CPL team phrase? Enter it to read and add documents without a personal sign-in. It's the same phrase that unlocks editing on the COBI Team & RACI tab — unlock it in either place and it carries over.

Draft a doc (or paste notes), optionally let Claude format it into clean
Knowledge-Base Markdown, then open it in GitHub to commit — directly or as a
pull request. It lands in the public cpl-knowledge-base repo, the
same content this portal reads.
“Polish with Claude” sends your draft to Claude (via the project’s secure proxy) to format it — use it for public KB content only. Nothing is committed until you do it in GitHub.
